Pakistan Urges US, Iran to End Violence, Resume Dialogue: FO
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has urged the United States and Iran to immediately end hostilities and return to dialogue, reaffirming that diplomacy remains the only viable path to lasting peace and regional stability.
During the Foreign Office’s weekly media briefing on Thursday, spokesperson Tahir Andrabi expressed concern over the escalating tensions, calling on both sides to exercise maximum restraint and resume technical-level negotiations. He said Pakistan remains committed to supporting diplomatic efforts and believes dialogue is the only way to resolve differences peacefully.
