Pakistan Hosts Strategic Four-Nation Talks to Advance Regional Peace and Diplomacy

Islamabad, April 14, 2026 — Pakistan hosted a high-level Senior Officials Meeting (SOM) bringing together representatives from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt, reinforcing a shared commitment to regional peace, cooperation, and diplomatic engagement.

The meeting followed the recent consultative session of the four countries’ Foreign Ministers held on March 29, 2026, and marked another significant step toward strengthening coordinated diplomatic efforts among the brotherly nations.

Pakistan’s delegation was led by Tahir Andrabi, Additional Foreign Secretary and Spokesperson. The participating delegations included senior representatives led by Musa Kulaklikaya of Türkiye, Nazih El Naggari of Egypt, and Abdullah bin Khalid bin Saud Al-Kabeer Al Saud of Saudi Arabia.

Discussions focused on enhancing regional cooperation, promoting dialogue, and addressing key geopolitical challenges. The outcomes of the meeting will be presented at the upcoming Foreign Ministers’ meeting scheduled for April 17, 2026, in Antalya, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

In a significant engagement, the visiting delegations jointly called on Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Ishaq Dar, and Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch, reaffirming their collective resolve to advance peace, stability, and constructive diplomacy across the region.
