The forum paid rich tribute to the martyrs (Shuhada) of the Armed Forces, law enforcement agencies, and civilians who sacrificed their lives in defence of the country. Participants reaffirmed that their enduring legacy remains the foundation of Pakistan’s national security, unity, and resilience.
Expressing satisfaction over the operational preparedness and professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces, the COAS commended commanders for their vigilance and success in ongoing intelligence-based counter-terrorism operations nationwide.
The conference conducted a comprehensive review of the internal and external security environment, resolving to sustain the current operational momentum to dismantle terrorist networks, disrupt their support systems, and deny them space within the country.
The forum noted continued progress under Operation Ghazb lil Haq, highlighting the degradation of terrorist infrastructure. It also criticized the Afghan Taliban regime for allegedly providing safe havens to militant elements, stating that such policies are counterproductive and increasingly exposed. The forum rejected allegations of targeting civilians inside Afghanistan, terming them part of a coordinated disinformation campaign.

The participants also marked the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq, describing it as a symbol of national unity and resolve. The forum stated that the commemoration sends a clear message of Pakistan’s preparedness and unity in the face of challenges.
Strong condemnation was expressed over ongoing human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), with reaffirmation of Pakistan’s continued diplomatic and moral support for the Kashmiri people.
